Kettlebell Belly Breathing

This is an easy exercise that can have pround effects.

Set a timer for 5 minutes and put a weight thats about 5% of your body weight.

What you’ll get:

  • Stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system

  • Decreased cortisol

  • Lower heart rate

  • Reduce pain

  • Improve focus

  • Decreased tone of muscles

  • Balancing of the Pelvis

  • Strengthening of the breathing muscles
