Fix Your Neck with This Easy Exercise

Neck pain is unfortunately a common experience for many of us.

And since it’s the main house of our most of our senses, it can cause a lot of problems when things go wrong.

Sometimes it can be as simple as neck soreness, othertimes it can be pain radiating down the arm or upper back.

Manytimes this is caused by poor posture and societies demands.

Other times it’s a mechanical injury or trauma.

Either way, this is a great exercise to resovle these issues.

Try 2-3 sets of 10, every 4 hours if you’re in pain.

Sometimes people do better with sustained holds (up to 2 minutes).
