The reason why you have neck pain

Most of our days we’re protruding or poking our head forward.

Driving, eating, reading, working at a computer, looking at our phones….

It's a lot in one direction.

All this uneven mechanical stress can aggravate the joints, tendons, muscles, discs, and/or nerves.

An easy solution is the cervical retraction exercise.

Of course, neck pain is much more complex than a quick blog post.

But I do think this a safe and effective start for many people.
